Admission Arrangements

All admission applications, including mid-year transfers, should be made through the Leicestershire Local Authority website. Appeals for a primary school place must also be made through the Leicestershire Local Authority website.

Children start school at Hugglescote Community Primary School in the September of the academic year in which they have their fifth birthday. We have a comprehensive induction programme for children starting EYFS which includes visits by our staff to see the children in their pre-school setting, an evening presentation to parents and a series of taster sessions in school.

If you are considering sending your child to Hugglescote, you can book a school tour online. Mr Driver will be delighted to show you around. We currently have spaces in most year groups.
